You don’t need to prepare anything for an energy-healing session, but it is always good to have a feel for your intention. You can ask yourself a question such as:

what would I like to work on? what energy I would like to shift? What brings me into the healing space?

This could be anything for anyone: experiencing physical pain in the body, healing emotional pain/ trauma, connecting with the lost parts of us, clearing self-sabotaging thought patterns and so on.

If nothing pops up for you with the intention and you feel drawn to the session, we will work with the energies that present themselves in the moment of healing.

Remote energy healing works exactly as an in-person session. Energy moves across time and space therefore is not bounded (limited) by physical location. You will feel the energy of the remote healing as long as you open yourself to it. Simple intention at your heart will be enough, let the energy do its work.

It means that the healing lands in your body, fully and completely. You feel grounded and connected to yourself and Mother Earth. You feel the shift that occurred during the session. Sometimes it may take a few days for this to happen, therefore it is important to drink enough water per day, give yourself time to rest and take things slow and easy in your daily life.

With energy alignment practice you will be taught the techniques so that you are confident to practice on your own (or with the video). All details will be explained to you in depth.

It is important to understand that the shift will occur pending the level of effort you will put into your practice every day. These techniques won’t work if you do them mindlessly, hence this is a space to develop and encourage present-moment awareness.

Refund is offered with 48 h min notice for a 1:1 session (energy healing, breathwork), after 48 hours 50% of the payment fee will be deducted. The full amount is payable when cancelling the session within 24 hours.

Refund for Energy alignment is to be discussed between two parties, pending the amount of energy work already put into the individual’s practice.

Refund is not offered for casual events.
